JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree (Any Business course related)
At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in supervisory/managerial roles.
Experience in the same industry is a plus.
Strong background in CRM system and data analysis tools to track performance metrics.
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft and Excel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees the daily sales operations and activities.
Manage and supervise the sales department team.
Developing and executing sales plan.
Identifying and monitoring emerging market for developing new opportunities.
Collaborating with production, marketing and sales department.
