Position: Field Sales Associate

Salary: Php35,000-Php40,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 2-4 years’ experience in after sales, field sales, or territory management
With driver’s license and willing to travel across region
With experience working in automotive industry or dealer network operation is an advantage
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and drive dealer achievement of sales targets to support overall regional performance.
Lead and implement local sales and marketing initiatives to grow company market share in the Visayas region.
Partner with Service Managers to improve workshop productivity, optimize parts inventory, and enhance Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Conduct regular dealer audits and Business Health Checks to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with company global standards.
Provide on-site dealership support, coaching, and performance guidance across the Visayas region.
Travel regularly within the region while reporting to the Cebu Office.
