REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Open to undergraduates and degree holders of any courses.
Having experience in a Technical Help Desk is a big advantage.
Having experience in Customer Services.
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting website accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Provide customer support to Mandarin-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
Troubleshoot basic website and technical concerns such as password reset, account recovery, and system errors.
Assist customers with website navigation, account registration, login issues, and account maintenance.
Support customers with online transactions, including order placement, order tracking, payment concerns, and refund requests.
Handle inquiries related to product information, availability, promotions, loyalty programs, and exclusive luxury brand services.
Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service aligned with luxury brand standards and customer experience expectations.
Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the system.
