We are working with a leading global technology-driven trading firm to hire a C++ Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team based in Singapore.
This is an excellent opportunity for strong engineers who enjoy working close to the system level, solving complex performance problems, and building highly efficient, scalable software.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications in modern C++
- Work on systems that require low latency, high throughput, and reliability
- Collaborate with global teams to build and enhance distributed systems
- Analyze system performance and continuously improve efficiency and scalability
- Work closely with infrastructure, networking, and other engineering teams
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11/14/17 or later)
- Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OS, networking)
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, etc.)
- Familiarity with performance optimization and system-level programming
Preferred
- Exposure to low-latency or high-throughput systems
- Experience with concurrent or distributed systems
- Interest in trading systems or financial markets (not required)
