Salary: Php50,000-Php70,000

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
Open for Associate degree holder
At least 3-6 years sourcing and procurement experience
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Lead sourcing activities and drive approved process and tool improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Manage short-term projects aligned with business strategy, ensuring timely delivery of key outputs and milestones.
Supervise team members and/or Workers by setting priorities, assigning tasks, and providing performance feedback.
Resolve complex and non-routine inquiries using strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Provide team leadership and influence operational decisions across functions to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address issues, expedite workflows, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Oversee process evaluations, service transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to sourcing strategies, corporate policies, and global compliance standards.
