Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17.50 - $17.50 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Quality Control Technician:
Tests concrete samples to determine proper density
Ensures measurements of manufactured products, steel checks, form alignment, and concrete placement
Monitors product strength and determines necessary corrective actions
Inspects various FDOT precast/pre-stress products
Communicates findings with supervisor for corrections
Documents measurements and verifies calculations
Attends continuing education to maintain certifications
Ensures compliance with FDOT requirements
Assists with other duties as assigned by supervisor
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
One (1) year of HANDS-ON experience in a manufacturing environment
At least one of the following certifications is preferred: ACI (Concrete Field Technician 1), CTPQ (Concrete Field Technician Specification), PCI Level 1 and Level 2, FDOT 450 Specification
Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a 12th grade level
Background check and drug screening required
