The Role, Responsibilities, and Landscape:
- Support and manage highly visible, large-scale applications, including end-to-end passenger journey management systems, including IoT, Security, and Kiosk.
- Act as the primary technical and operational bridge between internal business units and international technology vendors.
- Review vendor requirement specifications, technical documentation, and formulate comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
- Execute UAT testing to ensure system deliverables meet strict enterprise standards before deployment.
- Utilize basic programming logic and SQL to review vendor code and database queries, identifying efficiency issues.
- Participate in future system design phases, including drafting API integrations and architectural blueprints.
What We Are Looking For:
- Approximately 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, System Support, or IT Project Management.
- Exceptional vendor management capabilities with proven experience liaising with third-party software providers.
- Hands-on experience creating test plans, reviewing tech documentation, and conducting UAT.
- Basic technical proficiency: comfortable reading and writing SQL, Java Script and/or Python. Openness to utilizing AI tools to analyze code and optimize workflows is highly regarded.
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese; strong English is absolutely mandatory for effective communication with international counterparts.
- A highly energetic, smart, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. No hardcore coding is required, but a strong technical mindset is essential.
