REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
Open to foreign nationals, can process a working visa.
Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent;
Knowledge of the Accounting system (SAP, Etc.)
Basic level and some experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience, and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio).
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Reviews and submits regular monitoring reports for all processed requests, including both approved and rejected cases.
Performs periodic clean-up and maintenance of customer and vendor accounts for assigned markets, and oversees team members handling similar tasks for other non-complex markets.
Serves as the Point of Contact (POC) for operational concerns and inquiries related to non-complex markets.
Ensures accuracy and compliance of all processed requests in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, and Operations) to resolve account-related issues in a timely manner.
Provides guidance and support to team members to maintain service quality and meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Prepares and analyzes operational reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.
