REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Undergraduates are welcome to apply; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong translation skills (English and Mandarin).
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
Translate documents from English to Mandarin and vice versa.
Handle client/customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Organize and file documents for scheduled meetings and events, including taking minutes of meetings
Review, edit, and revise translated texts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and high-quality output
Conduct research on documents, terminology, and linguistic styles to support accurate translation work
