Marketing Head in Cebu upto 250k
Job Summary
Lead marketing strategy and execution to drive brand growth, market share, and sales across cement and construction segments.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement marketing strategies for cement and construction products
-Manage brand positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans
-Support sales through campaigns, trade marketing, and channel development
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis
-Build relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors
-Oversee digital marketing, promotions, and communications
-Lead and develop the marketing team
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
-10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in cement, construction, or building materials
-Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and distribution channels
-Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
