Role Description
Involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, managing manufacturing processes, quality control, and ensuring smooth operations management.
Responsibilities also include leading a team, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards to meet the company's production targets.
Collaborating with other departments and implementing best practices to improve systems and processes will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
• -Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to efficiently manage resources and meet production targets.
• -Experience in Quality Control to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• -Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to oversee daily production and improve processes.
• -Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to effectively manage teams and production challenges.
• -Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• -Knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
• -Proven track record in a manufacturing or production management role is highly desirable.
