Hotel General Manager in Cebu City upto 500k
Oversees all property operations, ensuring maximum profitability, high guest satisfaction, and strategic growth.
Managing department heads (housekeeping, front desk, F&B), controlling budgets, setting sales targets, ensuring brand standards, and maintaining safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
-Direct day-to-day operations, including staff management, training, and performance reviews.
-Create, monitor, and manage annual budgets, revenue targets, and expenses to maximize profitability.
-Ensure high-quality service, handle escalated guest complaints, and maintain high satisfaction scores.
-Collaborate with teams to develop marketing strategies and drive revenue through new client acquisition.
-Inspect rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards and oversee maintenance projects.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and legal regulations.
