Engineering Manager for Switchgear Business Unit in Bulacan upto 120k
Role Summary
Leads the design, development, and management of electrical switchgear products, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
-Lead and manage engineering team and support staff
-Drive product improvement, value engineering, and process optimization
-Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective solutions
-Oversee team performance, KPIs, and staff development
-Resolve technical issues in pre- and post-production
-Coordinate with Fabrication Manager to improve factory performance
-Manage risks, timelines, and project delivery
-Perform other assigned tasks
Qualifications
-Electronics or Electrical engineering graduate ; must be Licensed
-10+ years’ experience in Electrical Design, Automation, or Switchgear Manufacturing
-5+ years’ managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
-Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and switchgear systems
-Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills
-Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and KPI management
-Strong communication and collaboration skills
-Proficient in CAD, VFD, and PLC
