HR Head in Makati upto 150k
Lead and oversee the HR strategy and operations across the holding company and its subsidiaries. Ensure alignment of talent management, organizational development, and HR policies with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies, policies, and programs
-Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and succession planning
-Support subsidiary HR teams and ensure alignment with corporate standards
-Drive organizational development, culture, and employee engagement initiatives
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
-Advise senior leadership on HR and workforce planning matters
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership role exposure
-Experience in multi-entity or holding company structure preferred
-Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
-In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
