JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least High School Graduate
At least 8 years in warehouse operations
supervisory or higher-level experience is advantage
Capable of working on site
Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control,
and order fulfillment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and
ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Ensure accurate inventory levels by implementing proper tracking systems,
conducting regular audits, and minimizing discrepancies or losses.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase
productivity, reduce costs, and optimize workflow.
Enforce workplace safety standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain a
clean and organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents.
