JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably Filipino national fluent in Spanish and English
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least 3 years of experience in a call center or BPO, preferably handling digital or tech tasks.
Experience managing multiple client accounts and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in digital communication tools and CRM software.
Candidates must be based in Metro Manila.
Willing to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain Spanish client relationships via digital channels.
Review Spanish client data to spot opportunities for sales support.
Work with teams to meet Spanish client needs efficiently.
Track trends and suggest solutions to improve Spanish client outcomes.
Prepare regular updates and reports for Spanish accounts.
Handle Spanish client inquiries and issues professionally.
