JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino national who can speak, read and write Spanish
️ Proficient in English language
️ At least a High School / Senior High School graduate
️ BPO experience is a plus but not required
️ Experience in handling Spanish bilingual accounts is an advantage
️ Willing to work onsite in Makati
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Handle customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and coverage using Spanish language
️ Assist Spanish customers with filing claims and tracking status
️ Provide accurate product and policy information
️ Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
️ Record all interactions and updates in the system
️ Ensure compliance with company and insurance guidelines
