JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino who can speak, read and write Spanish and English
At least a high school / SHS graduate
BPO experience is a plus but not required
Experience in handling Spanish bilingual accounts is an advantage
Willing to work onsite in Makati
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and resolve issues received from the customer
Respond to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
Communicate clearly to help customers with questions or issues.
Support sales by promoting products and finding opportunities.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Perform other related tasks needed.
