Requirements:
️ Open to Filipino who speak Spanish conversational to fluent
️ Bachelor’s Degree in any field
️ At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business-to-business (B2B) environment
️ Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and through email
️ Basic understanding of sales process is an advantage
Responsibilities:
️ Responsible in handling sales inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients
️ Communicate effectively in Spanish and English via phone, email, and virtual meetings
️ Promote and drive activation of product trials and convert users into paying customers
️ Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups
️ Re-engage clients whose trials have ended to maximize conversions
️ Present product features and value propositions persuasively
️ Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
️ Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
️ Handle basic objections related to pricing, features, or services
️ Coordinate with internal teams for complex or technical inquiries
️ Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
️ Track sales pipeline and prioritize high-potential accounts
️ Collaborate with management to improve sales performance
️ Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards
️ Provide regular updates and reports to management
