REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Having experience in a financial institution and the banking industry.
Having Customer Service, Finance, and Know Your Customer (KYC) experience is a big advantage.
Possesses experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Transaction Banking, with a particular focus on Cash Management or Trade Finance products.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Provide high-quality support to corporate clients by efficiently handling and responding to inquiries and calls related to their banking needs.
Educates customers on the processes, products, and solutions related to the company's Transaction Banking services.
Proactively seek to understand customer requirements and respond with solutions and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience across all transaction banking services.
Take ownership in identifying and reporting potential risk events, while strictly upholding customer confidentiality and data protection standards.
Ensure prompt resolution of customer requests and accurate execution of customer verification procedures in accordance with established protocols.
