Salary: Php 90,000-110,000 Monthly
Work set-up: Hybrid set-up
Requirements of the job:
💐Filipino National that is fluent in Korean Language.
💐Korean National with Permanent visa in Philippines
💐Must have a Bachelor’s degree
💐2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not required.
💐TOPIK II certification is required, as the role involves communication with Korean stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the job:
💐Accommodate and evaluate the concern or issue raised by an individual.
💐Translate the document to English and Korean or in vice versa
💐Resolve customers complaints and concern about the product
💐Manage the event within the complaint database according to the guidelines provided.
💐Provides a formal record of the issue, steps taken and expectations for resolution
