Position: Dealer Operations Associate

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (flexible time as they may need to observe the
business hours of their assigned dealer)
Salary: PHP 35,000 – PHP 40,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
At least 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales, After Sales, or Territory Management
Has previous experience working in the automotive industry or who have been
involved in dealer network operations.
Has a valid Driver’s License and can drive 4 wheels
Willing to travel across the region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor dealer sales targets, analyze performance gaps, and lead localized marketing and sales initiatives to increase market share across the Visayas region.
Collaborate with service managers to improve workshop efficiency, optimize parts inventory, and enhance Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Build strong partnerships with dealership owners and managers through regular communication, coaching, and performance reviews.
Perform periodic evaluations to ensure dealerships are profitable, compliant, and aligned with Honda’s global operational standards.
Travel across Visayas-based dealerships from the Cebu office to deliver hands-on support, implement improvements, and address operational challenges in real time.
