JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
With 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Has valid driver’s license
Know how to drive four-wheel vehicle
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, ensuring goals and KPIs are met.
Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to improve team productivity and sales skills.
Enhance customer engagement and profitability by promoting strong client relationships and optimizing sales processes.
