JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, after-sales, or territory management
Can present reports and plans to management and dealer partners.
Willing to be based in Cebu and to travel around the Visayas region.
Has a valid 4-wheels driver’s license.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support dealers in the Visayas to reach their sales targets and grow the market share.
Assist in planning and executing local marketing and sales activities.
Work with service teams to improve workshop efficiency, parts availability, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular dealer visits, audits, and “Business Health Checks.”
Ensure dealers follow Honda standards and maintain profitable operations.
Build strong relationships with dealer partners and provide ongoing support.
Travel across the Visayas to give on-site guidance and assistance.
