Position: Business Development Executive or Sales Executive

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree Holder
At least 2-3 years work experience in sales or in business development.
Experience in working in Flavors or Food Ingredients company.
Skilled in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools used for reporting and presentation
Knowledgeable in the current industry trends and market dynamics.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and improve performance.
Identify potential customers and market opportunities through research and analysis.
Build relationships with leads, follow up, and create new sales opportunities.
Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams and support ongoing projects and operations.
