Position: Mandarin Translator
Industry: Financial Technology Firm
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday to Friday (9am-6pm or 10am-7pm)
Salary: Php50,000 - Php60,000 (Negotiable)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese applicants who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Undergraduates or Highschool graduates are welcome to apply; a Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.
With knowledge in translating documents in English and Mandarin.
Strong translation skills (English and Mandarin).
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate documents accurately from English to Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring clarity, consistency, and proper context.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in scheduling meetings and events, and prepare detailed minutes and reports as needed.
Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail.
Conduct thorough research on documents, terminology, and linguistic styles to support high-quality and accurate translation work.
