Position: Spanish Travel Assistance Agent

Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM–6:12 PM | Weekends Off (Saturday – Sunday)
Work Setup: Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
️ Open to foreign nationals currently based in the Philippines.
️Experience in customer service, travel support, or call center environment
️Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
️Ability to handle high-pressure and time-sensitive situations
️Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➜ Assist Spanish-speaking customers with travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
➜ Handle flight, hotel, and ground transportation bookings and modifications
➜ Provide real-time assistance during travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations
➜ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to resolve issues
➜ Process refunds, exchanges, and rebooking's according to company policies
➜ Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and booking systems
