Position: Spanish Speaking Customer Support Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support role preferred
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
Resolve product, service, billing, or account-related issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
Assist with translations or localization support when required
Document customer interactions accurately in CRM or support systems
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
