Position: Spanish Customer Incentive Analyst (CIP)
Industry: Shared Services (Finance)
Work Location: Remote
Salary Range: PHP 75,000 – PHP 85,000 gross pay
Work Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night shift)
Work Setup: Remote
Languages Required: Spanish and English
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Spanish Language
Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
With experience in data operations, finance operations, or customer support is an advantage.
Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Knowledgeable in incentive programs and basic accounting concepts is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP/CIP tools (SAP/Vistex) or CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
Basic Excel formulas, macros, or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Collect and process MDF Proof-of-Performance (PoP) documents for LATAM customers.
❖ Check and resolve rebate payment questions in Spanish.
❖ Update data in systems using standard templates for LATAM.
❖ Create reports on payouts, open items, and backlog.
❖ Handle low-to-medium issues and fix problems for LATAM operations.
❖ Suggest improvements and follow standard procedures.
