Position: Spanish Travel Consultant

Location: Makati City
Salary: PHP 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:12pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Proficient in Speaking Spanish and English
️ Open for Foreign National located in the Philippines
️ Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
️ At least 2 years of extensive experience in customer service/hospitality.
️ Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage.
️ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
️ Computer literate and with good web navigation skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Handling of emergency calls (24-hour emergency phone)
️ Translation of promotional campaigns, newsletters, e-shots, advisories into Spanish
️ Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
️ Additional responsibilities can be added as deemed necessary by the company.
️ Handle inquiries and bookings from Spanish- and English-speaking accounts.
️ Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc.) to travellers
️ Troubleshooting and providing assistance to customers
