Position: Portuguese IT Support Specialist

Work Location: Pasay City, Philippines
Salary: Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule
Work Set-up: Temporary WFH, 1–2 Months Onsite training (Subject to future full onsite requirement)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Brazilian National who are currently residing in the Philippines.
Good communication skills in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree or vocational in IT-related courses is a plus.
Previous BPO technical support experience required.
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
Familiarity with PC troubleshooting and applications like Outlook is an advantage.
Willingness to handle multiple calls daily.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Provide customer and technical support to end-users in English and Portuguese.
❖ Follow standard support procedures when responding to user concerns.
❖ Record and update all incidents accurately in the tracking system.
❖ Handle multiple calls or tickets as needed.
❖ Troubleshoot and fix software, hardware, and account-related issues.
