JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Any foreign nationals proficient in German Language
️Open to applicants abroad willing to work and relocate in Taguig City, Philippines
️Graduate or Undergraduate of any program, Vocational, Associate or Technical Degree Completers
️ With IT, Service Desk, Helpdesk, and Technical experience either in English or German is an advantage
️ With experience in call center or customer service in BPO set-up is preferred but not required
️ Willing to work onsite in a shifting schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Handle customer questions about computer hardware or software issues.
️Set up and upkeep computer systems and network software.
️Address client concerns through phone or email.
️Fix technical problems swiftly and effectively.
️Organize, rank, and record incoming queries and help desk tickets.
️Rank and solve IT issues, passing major ones to the right team.
