JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national can speak, read, and write in French Language
Open to graduates and undergraduates in any program - at least 2 years in college
With experience in Sales in French or in English is an advantage but not required
With customer service in BPO or similar field is a plus but not required
Open to French bilingual beginners
Can work and relocate in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Efficiently manage incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service tailored to French-speaking clients, ensuring they feel valued when inquiring about our exquisite jewelry collections.
Assist in tracking orders and distributing detailed information on custom jewelry pieces, keeping customers updated on their special orders from design to delivery.
Promptly answer and resolve consumer complaints with empathy and professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities to showcase our commitment to satisfaction in fine jewelry purchases.
Guide customers through repair and maintenance services for their precious jewelry items, offering expert advice on care to preserve their beauty and value.
Effectively resolve payment-related complaints, addressing billing concerns swiftly to maintain trust and encourage repeat business in our luxury jewelry sales.
