JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino fluent in Spanish (spoken, written, and reading).
️ Proficient in English.
️ At least 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services, or contact center roles.
️ Open to Spanish speakers even without BPO or call center experience.
️ Applicants with Spanish courses or teaching experience are welcome.
️ Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist customers with inquiries about financial products and services.
Provide support via phone, chat, email, and digital platforms.
Deliver friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service.
Resolve issues in line with company policies and compliance standards.
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
Escalate complex cases when necessary and collaborate with the team.
