Position: Spanish Travel Services Representative

Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 gross
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:12pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Job Requirements:
️ Proficient in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
️ Open to foreign nationals based in the Philippines.
️ Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
️ Personal travel experience is a plus.
️ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
️ Computer literate with strong web navigation skills.
️ Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
Job Responsibilities:
️ Handle inquiries and bookings for Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
️ Provide travel information, guides, maps, local customs, events, and regulations.
️ Assist customers with troubleshooting and support.
️ Handle 24-hour emergency calls as needed.
️ Translate promotional materials, newsletters, advisories, and campaigns into Spanish.
️ Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and process payments/fees.
️ Perform additional duties as required by the company.
