JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Open to Filipino who speak Spanish conversational to fluent.
️ Bachelor’s degree in any field.
️ Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or B2B environment.
️ Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and email.
️ Basic understanding of the sales process is a plus.
️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
️ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a remote or office-based environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Handle sales inquiries and engage clients in Spanish and English.
️ Conduct outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
️ Promote product trials, convert users, and perform upselling/cross-selling.
️ Present product features, identify client needs, and recommend solutions.
️ Maintain CRM records, track the sales pipeline, and report performance.
️ Collaborate with internal teams and ensure compliance with policies.Handle sales inquiries and engage clients in Spanish and English.
