JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably Filipino national fluent in Spanish and English.
Open for native Spanish speakers with permanent visa in the Philippines.
At least a High School / Senior High School graduate.
BPO experience is a plus but not required.
Experience in handling Spanish bilingual accounts is an advantage.
Willing to work onsite in Makati.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Handle customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and coverage.
● Assist customers with filing claims and tracking status.
● Provide accurate product and policy information.
● Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
● Record all interactions and updates in the system.
● Ensure compliance with company and insurance guidelines.
