Job Requirements
Open to Filipino candidates who can speak Spanish (conversational to fluent level)
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience handling sales in a BPO company
Comfortable communicating with clients via phone and email
Basic understanding of the sales process is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities:
Handle sales inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients
Communicate effectively in Spanish and English via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Promote and drive activation of product trials and convert users into paying customers
Conduct outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups
Re-engage clients whose trials have ended to maximize conversions
Present product features and value propositions in a clear and persuasive manner
Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Perform upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
Address basic objections related to pricing, features, or services
Coordinate with internal teams for complex or technical inquiries
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Monitor and manage sales pipeline, prioritizing high-potential accounts
Collaborate with management to improve sales strategies and performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards
Provide regular updates, reports, and performance insights to management
