JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⮞ Preferably Filipino national fluent in Spanish and English.
⮞ Open to native Spanish speakers with a permanent visa in the Philippines.
⮞ At least High School or Senior High School graduate.
⮞ BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
⮞ Experience handling Spanish bilingual accounts is a plus.
⮞ Flexible to work shifting schedules if required.
⮞ Willing to work onsite in Makati.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle customer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and coverage
Assist customers with filing claims and tracking status
Provide accurate product and policy information
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Record all interactions and updates in the system
Ensure compliance with company and insurance guidelines
