JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to all foreign nationals fluent in German (C1 to native level).
No prior experience required.
Undergraduates welcome to apply.
Must work onsite in Taguig.
Available to start immediately.
Able to attend one-day onsite processing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end renewals for maximum quarterly rates and revenue.
Quote renewals for Q and Q+1 per pricing policy.
Locate commercial/AP contacts; engage via email, calls, meetings pre-expiration to review options, fix issues, highlight features.
Team with Account Owners, Support, AR to clear hurdles and complete renewals.
Spot upsell chances (longer terms, new products/services) for Account Owners.
Track pipeline, follow up, forecast accurately; use usage data/feedback.
Keep CRM and docs updated for compliance.
Manage collections with renewals.
