Position: German Speaking Helpdesk

Salary: P 90,000 (High Basic Salary and with 14 Month Pay)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German Language.
Bachelor’s degree in any field
With SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage. but not required
Customer service background a plus but not required
Ready to start ASAP
Can speak conversational English
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Serve as main contact between German customers and company's internal teams.
️Monitor the order shipment and check the arrival date and time and update customer via email
️Process credits, return authorizations, and debits of German Customers "Online"
️Log all customer interactions, like queries, complaints, and feedback to ensure they are supported
️Deliver outstanding customer service to German clients and customers
️Take on additional tasks as required.
