Schedule: Morning Schedule (Monday-Friday)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino proficient in Bahasa Malay Language.
Malaysian National with a Permanent Resident in the Philippines.
Bachelor Degree in Business related courses.
Experience in Marketing Project Management is a PLUS.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft and Marketing Automation is an ADVANTAGE.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
Manage the end to end service delivery process including executing tasks, reviewing documentation, and performing quality assurance checks.
Use marketing tools like HTML, automation, email and video to create campaigns and promote products and services.
Ensure accuracy and high-quality output in all tasks to prevent errors and deployment issues.
Proactively identify and report system-related issues such as template editing errors or accidental event deletions to the Group Lead or Team Lead.
Manage documentation, service records, and client communications.
