Position: Thai Accounts Payable and Expense Lead

REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino National who is proficient in Thai Language.
Open for Thai nationals who are currently residing in the Philippines and outside the Philippines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 4-7 years of experience in accounts payable, expense auditing, or financial management.
With a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with financial software like Oracle or SAP
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable and Travel Expense team.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulations.
Provides translation support for accounting-related documents from Thai to English or vice versa.
Review and approve invoices, payments, and expense reports for accuracy and timeliness.
Manage month-end/year-end closing, audits, and handle escalations.
Drive process improvements and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
Train and mentor team members while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
