Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 3-6 years’ experience in business development
Experience in selling digital products or having knowledge of websites and how they work is an advantage.
Amenable to attend interviews
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct proactive outbound calls, build strong customer relationships, and ensure consistent follow-ups to drive retention and prevent churn
Identify customer needs and opportunities through structured conversations and engagement
Evaluate customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and escalate critical concerns to improve overall experience
Promote and upsell Premium Care services by communicating value, handling objections, and meeting sales targets
Support customers in activating key products and features, ensuring quick adoption and value realization
Adapt communication for diverse markets, simplifying messaging and demonstrating cultural awareness to build trust
Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance, and generate reports to support data-driven decisions
