Job Requirements:
💥Bachelor’s Degree in, Marketing, Sales, and or Business Management related field.
💥At least 2–4 years of solid experience in Field Sales, After Sales, or Territory Management.
💥Experience in the automotive industry or dealer network operations.
💥Emendable to work onsite.
💥Amendable to start as soon as possible.
Job Responsibilities:
💥Monitor dealer sales targets and lead local marketing/sales activities to grow Honda’s market share in the Visayas.
💥Work with service managers to improve workshop throughput, parts inventory, and customer satisfaction scores.
💥Conduct regular audits and "Business Health Checks" to ensure dealers are profitable and following Honda’s global standards
💥While reporting to the Cebu Office, you will travel to various dealerships across the Visayas region to provide on-site support.
