The Role, Responsibilities, and Landscape:
Stepping into this C-level executive role, you will take full ownership of the company's technical roadmap, infrastructure scalability, and engineering execution. You will act as the hands-on technical visionary, bridging the gap between advanced medical hardware and state-of-the-art software capabilities to support regional hyper-growth.
- Enterprise AI Orchestration: Scale and orchestrate a vast portfolio of in-flight AI initiatives, leveraging sophisticated Multi-Agent Control Protocols (MCP) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to drive personalized clinical insights.
- Infrastructure & CI/CD Ownership: Act as the hands-on technical authority over the company's deployment pipelines, highly available containerized environments (Kubernetes/K8s), and robust, distributed database architectures to ensure zero-downtime scalability.
- Hardware & Model Deployment: Oversee the localized training, optimization, and deployment of large-scale AI models on high-performance, enterprise-grade GPU clusters.
- Massive-Scale Data Lake & IoT Integration: Architect and expand a heavily secured, blockchain-backed data lake designed to handle massive and growing volumes of sensitive patient data. You will build real-time data ingestion pipelines for upcoming IoT medical hardware and cutting-edge "Bio-Mechanical Digital Twin" patient simulations.
- Regional Team Scaling: Partner directly with the C-suite and business leaders to scale technical operations, infrastructure, and engineering culture across the APAC region, requiring periodic travel to key markets like Singapore and Malaysia.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven Tech Leadership: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Data/AI capacity within a fast-paced, high-growth, or scale-up environment.
- Hands-on Pedigree: You are a true "builder." You must possess deep, demonstrable experience configuring and managing Kubernetes clusters, automated CI/CD pipelines, and complex relational/NoSQL databases at scale.
- AI/Data Architecture Expertise: Strong architectural knowledge of modern GenAI deployments, specifically RAG and Agentic AI frameworks. Experience managing on-premise or cloud GPU compute clusters is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior exposure to HealthTech, MedTech, IoT sensor data platforms, or highly regulated/secure data environments is a distinct advantage.
- Commercial Acumen: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to align complex technical deliverables with aggressive P&L goals, and fluency in English (Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong plus).
