Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*
What you'll be doing as an Industrial Plant Laborer:
Operate within a waste-to-energy facility, assisting in the safe processing and burning of municipal waste
Support ash removal from hoppers and maintain continuous material flow
Assist with general plant maintenance, cleanup, and operational support tasks
Operate equipment such as forklifts, bobcats, and pallet jacks to move materials safely
Monitor work areas to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Follow all site procedures and safety protocols in a high-temperature, industrial environment
Available shifts:
Shift timings -1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Forklift certification required
Strong work ethic and reliability in a physically demanding environment
Ability to stand, walk, and perform labor for extended periods
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
Ability to wear a respirator and full protective suit at all times on site
Ability to follow strict safety procedures and compliance guidelines
Background check required
Drug test required
