Position: Thai Customer Care Senior Associate
Industry: Customer Service / Contact Center / BPO
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000 Monthly
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift
Work Setup: Hybrid setup
Requirements of the job:
Thai national currently living in the Philippines
Fluent in Thai and English (spoken, written, reading)
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least 2 years of experience in customer service/support (preferably international contact center)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good technical and troubleshooting knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Responsibilities of the job:
Resolve customer issues digitally with professionalism
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Handle inquiries across multiple digital platforms
Provide accurate and timely responses
Collaborate with the team and escalate when needed
Maintain clear records of interactions
Follow company policies in all customer dealings
