REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino proficient in speaking, reading and writing the Hindi Language.
Indian National that has a permanent visa in the Philippines.
Bachelor’s Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
Open to candidates with no prior customer service experience and willing to learn.
Knowledgeable in computer applications
Knowledgeable in internet troubleshooting
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer and resolve customer inquiries via email and chat Support.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding concerns and issues.
Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled.
Build sustainable relationships with customers.
Work closely with Hindi-speaking individuals to handle concerns and respond to inquiries.
