Position: Thai Quality Analyst
Industry: IT/BPO Company
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 90,000 Monthly
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Shifting schedule, Weekends Day off (2 days off)
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
Filipinos that can speak the Thai language.
Open for Thai Nationals that have a permanent visa in the Philippines.
With at least a year quality assurance role (BPO-related experience is highly preferred but not required)
Experience in customer service is a plus
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig and shifting schedule
Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
Identify strengths and skills that needs to be improved (process and communication)
Ensure that quality calls and performance metrics are met
Participate in call calibrations and meetings
Prepare, review and present the quality analyst result of the agent
Provide feedback for improvements
Monitor the performance of team members
